Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange your new, unworn garter for another color or size, within 30 days of when you received it.

Simply follow 3 steps:

1. Print out the Return/Exchange form and fill it out.

2. Include the completed form inside your return package.  

3. Contact Customer Service, and we'll email you a return label to print out and affix to your package.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  We will process your return/exchange within 3-5 business days, once your original garter is received.

Please note:

The Return/Exchange form includes information for reimbursement of your shipping charges in the case of defective items only. Color and size changes of new garters will be returned at the customer's expense.  If the garter shows signs of wear or damage you will be notified as to how best to handle the return shipping fees back to you.

If you require expedited shipping service, please indicate that on the form. Shipping fees will be charged accordingly. We also recommend that you request a trackable shipping option for your package back to us as a safeguard so that we can better predict when you'll receive your replacements if necessary.

We can only fulfill your request in a timely manner if information is correct on the form; please double-check all information and write legibly.  Do not email the form back to us, please include it in your packaging only.
